Jeci is a visual artist who graduated from the Department of New Media Art at the Taipei National University of the Arts in 2022. Her portfolio predominantly features 3D/CGI animation, characterized by an experimental approach that integrates various media and animated installations.
In recent years, she has established an image style marked by the use of whimsically humorous characters to express absurdity, curiosity, and surrealism. Her videos often utilize fragmented narratives and a claustrophobic spatial tone that reflects the murmurs and self-contradictory mental states of daily life. These elements are fused with digital artifacts and trends from online communities to create unconventional, bizarrely experimental animated narratives. Apart from video creation, she also enjoys extending her style to three-dimensional sculptures, materializing her work into toys, and occasionally engaging in visual collaborations with music bands.
